Facade Erector

**Responsibilities**:

- To work alongside our curtainwall and cladding installer team.
- Able to work in suspended scaffolds (Gondola), tower scaffolds, scissors lifts and boom lifts.
- Possess knowledge in using hand drill machines and construction tools.
- Possess knowledge in the erection of curtainwalls and cladding works.
- Receive materials from suppliers.
- Unload materials and transfer them to the installation location.
- Communicate with the safety supervisor and ensure permit-to-work is valid for all installation and site activities.
- Barricade the working location prior to the commencement of installation.
- Unpack the materials from the pallet and transfer them to the installation location.
- Ensure that all the hand tools are in good condition for installation work.
- Prior to installation, ensure that the curtainwall/cladding materials are in good condition.
- Comply with all necessary in-house safety rules that are set out during briefing in daily toolbox meetings or on the first day of the safety induction course.
- Ensure that the curtainwall/cladding installation is as per approved shop drawings.
- Follow the tag drawing to install the correct panels at the correct locations.
