Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive in the Corporate Finance Team, you will be reporting to the Finance Deputy Director. You are required to work closely with various stakeholders (internal and external) and your responsibilities are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for handling Accounts Receivables portfolio and ensure that receipts are recorded timely
- Perform bank reconciliations, prepare cash book reports and monitor bank transactions
- Prepare monthly cash flow projection
- Support the Accountant in the timely collection of receipts, with close monitoring of outstanding debts and taking corrective actions to close the cases where necessary, including escalation to Management
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support audits which include preparation of reports, extraction of documents and information
- Liaise with external parties on queries relating to bank matters
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline.
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, meticulous and independent, and a valuable team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
