**Job Description**:
Contracts and Services for Aircraft Deleases / Novations
- To review all contractual requirements for aircraft lease returns redelivery conditions
- To strategize and plan all contractual requirements, including spares, for aircraft lease returns redelivery conditions.
- To work and co-ordinate with various stakeholders within the company in preparation for the aircraft lease returns.
- Daily running of De-lease Check.
- Organise daily meetings with Lessor and Scoot.
- To maintain and to respond to all Lessor OIL listing items.

Aircraft and Engine De-lease/Sale Management
- Develop a stagger plan for aircraft checks and engine maintenance as required to meet lease return conditions and ensure smooth lease return Administer out of scope warranty claims on Scoot’s aircraft fleet.
- Liaison with the Lessor and MRO regarding repairs/restorations that are needed for lease return.
- To support Scoot’s aircraft sales plan as required.
- Lessor engagement for all defects pick up during re-delivery check to ensure pick up are reasonable under return conditions and to avoid re-delivery compensation.
- Coordinate with MRO and FTM provider to provide technical advice, support and coordinate with service partners and relevant departments for recovery of aircraft and ensure mínimal disruption to lease return date.
- POC for all aircraft maintenance activities in hangar (SIN and overseas) for purpose of aircraft sales and de-lease.

Cost Management
- To capture and monitor maintenance costs related to de-lease activities.
- Verification and disputing of excessive financial charges that are incurred relating to aircraft maintenance, engine / component repair or overhaul for any aircraft de-lease activities.
- Managing spares requirement for line / base operations and ensure FHS spares are returned on-time with zero penalties towards CURT.

Technical Projects
- Assist in technical/ cost savings projects to optimize operating costs.
- Contribute to cost savings initiatives, outsourcing activities.

B787 Base Operations Support
- To oversees and support B787 Aircraft Maintenance Work Schedule at Hangar (SIN). Task tracking to ensure aircraft will be delivered by MRO as planned. Spares / resource management to ensure Check completion most economical as possible without penalizing quality of work.
- Augment and manage daily maintenance operations of Line operations and ensure maintenance tasks planned are carried out as assigned and agreed in daily operations meetings to prevent tasks expiry.
- Management of delays / AOG situations and provide coordination with service partners and relevant departments for technical support, spares and manpower for daily operations, delays / AOG / Incidents / accidents.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably experienced License Aircraft Engineer (B1.1) with A320 and B787 type coverage.
- Proficient with computer and Microsoft office software.
- Experience with fleet EIS support, lease and de-lease management.
- Team oriented and resourceful but able to work independently, when required.
- Good Interpersonal skills & Communication skills.
