**This will be a 1 + 1 year contract position based in One North.
**Scope of Work**
- Assist in overseeing Fixed Asset Operation, reviewing the accounting entries, month-end reports, printing of assets tag, preparing accounting schedules.
- Enhance efficiency of Fixed Asset capitalization processes.
- Perform asset verification exercises
- Implement process controls for accurate and timely recording and maintenance of Fixed Assets.
- Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Enhance partners' understanding of Fixed Asset processes.
- Management reporting on Fixed Assets
- Address ad-hoc queries.
- Address audit queries related to Fixed Assets. Ensure standards compliance on audit-related activities.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance (preferably in Fixed Asset Management and within a shared service environment).
- Analytical with strong communication skills
- Effective team management and stakeholder interaction.
- Meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to supervise and work collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of SAP system advantageous.
