Key Responsibilities
- Legal Support

Draft and review B2B agreements such as NDAs, service contracts, and licensing agreements.

Conduct legal research on IP protection and compliance issues.

Support internal stakeholders with legal documentation and contract management.

Coordinate with IP consultants, external counsel, and regulatory authorities when needed.
- Underwriting Duties

Assist in evaluating legal and business risks related to B2B proposals or projects.

Conduct basic due diligence and background checks on applicants or partners.

Help prepare underwriting assessments and internal recommendation reports.

Support the development and refinement of internal risk assessment processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in Law, Intellectual Property, Business Law, or a related field.

Strong interest in IP law, commercial contracts, and business transactions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Exposure to contract drafting or review, especially in a B2B setting.

Knowledge of Singapore’s IP framework or international IP treaties.
