**PURPOSE**:
This position is responsible to manage the activities of Configuration Arrangement Process (CAP) based in ASEAN Logistics Centre (ALC). It is important that this position possess the engineering background & skillset to understand technical information provided by factories and manufacturing stakeholders. This position must have experience in similar workshop setting, to manage the contracted technicians.

This position shall support the CAP Executive in the production scheduling by ensuring that the assigned CAP jobs on the shopfloor are completed in quality and timely manner. Any quality deficiency shall be rectified within the technical guidelines from factory or manufacturing stakeholders. This position shall create or maintain checklists that will aid in quality assurance and CAP processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Supervise quality CAP & pre-delivery installation to all new equipment.
- Supervise quality refurbishing and reconditioning of return trials / demo and XTI equipment.
- Performing repair to all quality deficiency products.
- Perform inspection of RMA (Returned Material Authorisation) machines.
- Implement all factory recommended modifications to new products.
- Feasibility review of Bill of Materials (BOM) from stakeholders and provide prompt advice.
- Troubleshoot any quality deficiency and to document manuals and checklists for training.
- Maintain workshop in neat and safe working environment.
- Maintain security access for workshop and office.
- Monitor CAP operation supplies inventory level for timely replenishment orders requests to CAP Executive.
- Support to perform Oracle transactions for job completion and inventory movement for CAP activities.
- Support to review downloaded resource report to ensure correct billing from suppliers for payment.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in similar function in configuring complex equipment.
- Experience in batch production of equipment.
- Experience in Oracle.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel (formula, pivot), MS Powerpoint.
