**Position Summary**:
The Artwork Project Manager (Mumbai) will be responsible for supporting our client’s Project Managers with Artwork Production deployment service, acting as a liaison between our client, SGK production teams, and print vendors to ensure the smooth and timely completion of artwork projects. This is a Hybrid/Onsite role based at our Client’s Mumbai office, on a 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend.

**Responsibilities**:
**Artwork Production Deployment Support**:

- Liaise with clients on day-to-day volumes and FFU briefing to the local PCs
- Supports client’s Project Managers or Project Leads with Artwork Production deployment service and collaborates on local Project delivery timelines and priorities.
- Attends local/multi-country Project meetings (Kick-off, Overview, Alignment, Technical with Printer) with regular communication on Project status and issues.
- Manages any ad-hoc artwork related requests, cascades any process/system communications and works to understand the client’s needs.

**Artwork Management System**:
Initiates and manages the Project in Artwork Management System (with Brand Services Support Team), such as:

- supports the collection and alignment of artwork content (e.g. manuscript, graphics, design files and other content) by collaborating with cross functional teams
- Completes the pre-alignment and artwork briefing process
- Assigns, monitors and drives artwork/digital proof reviews and approvals
- Cancels, routes, re-routes or rolls back Projects
- Assesses and resolves reviewer’s annotations for clear actionable comments
- Maintains regional approval matrices

**Project Coordination**
- Supports the collection and alignment of external artwork requirements (e.g. printer specifications, design files, digital proofs, queries, pending tasks etc.) by liaising and collaborating with print vendors, design agencies and other third-party vendors.
- Monitors and maintains Project timelines and costs by anticipating, escalating and resolving roadblocks and issues to relevant personnel.
- Gathers any requirements on a new local job and provides the necessary job quotation.
- Supports continual improvement initiatives, provides KPI insights, leads relevant KPI goals and reinforces process compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in arts, design, marketing, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in artwork management and/or project coordination related to artwork or printed marketing/advertising materials
- Knowledge of/experience in graphic design/prepress is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Experience using project management software is advantageous
- Business level English skills (reading/writing/speaking)
