Singapore KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN MANAGEMENT PTE LTD Full time

We are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join our Marketing team. As the Assistant Brand / Brand Manager for KFC Singapore, you will be part of the team to chart the Brand Strategy and develop marketing calendar for the top fried chicken brand in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand’s social platforms and PR to drive brand engagement and grow brand love. This role will work directly with our agency partners to plan content and activate social strategies to achieve the KFC’s ambition of being the most loved Fried Chicken brand in Singapore. Over and above this, this person will also be expected to plan and execute occasion-related campaigns and selected limited time offer national promotion to drive sales and transaction targets for KFC.

In this role, you will have exposure to 360 degree marketing functions and opportunities to lead and work with cross-functional and regional teams to recommend strategic decisions for KFC. You will be able to lead and work closely with advertising and media agencies to develop impactful marketing activities to grow the brand.

**Key

**Responsibilities**:
1)Guardian of KFC’s distinctive brand world and communication works across KFC’s social platform and PR related activities / events.

2) Content planning and execution of social media ideas / activations to excite and build brand love.

3)Manage and work closely with social and PR agencies to develop plans to achieve social KPIs including increase in brand engagement, growth in follower/fan base etc.

4)Support Brand and Delivery team to generate exciting social and PR activations that generate brand interest, talk ability and buzz.

5)Engage actively in social listening and competitor’s tracking to identify potential concerns and opportunities.

6)Monitor and follow up on customer’s feedback on all KFC’s social platforms and feedback channels.

7)Develop an effective PR calendar to support KFC’s vision on being a fast good brand.

8)Plan and execute selective nationwide marketing campaigns to achieve the sales objectives while ensuring an effective ROI.

9)Leverage on consumer and data insights to develop marketing campaign performance projections, inventory forecast, media ROIs and brand performance metrics.

10)Lead and collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders and agencies to ensure seamless execution of all plans and promotions.

**Knowledge, Skills and Requirement
1)Minimum Degree, specializing in Marketing, with 5-8 years of marketing/ brand management experience in F&B/ FMCG/ retail industry. Marcom and social marketing management experience will be advantageous.

2)Good working knowledge of social marketing, social content planning, consumer research, social and digital media.

3)Possess a keen eye for details and has acumen to identify forward social / cultural trends.

4)Strong proficiency in oral and written communication.

5)Excellent interpersonal skills in relationship management and networking

6)Creative and loves storytelling

7)High energy self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

8)Hands on and willing to work long hours when required
