Bim Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update, and maintain coordinated BIM models for MEP services.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate model integration.
- Detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar software.
- Ensure BIM models adhere to company and client standards (LOD, naming conventions, etc.).
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and lead model reviews.
- Provide technical support and guidance to design and site teams.
- Generate detailed 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM model as required.
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans (BEPs).
- Coordinate with architecture, structure, and other engineering disciplines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, particularly in MEP systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Familiar with local Singapore construction codes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
