**Role Summary**

The incumbent will provide expertise to refine the fund’s Monitoring & Evaluation framework and manage the fund’s impact and ESG monitoring.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities****:

- Lead the portfolio ESG & Impact monitoring, with a focus on carbon emissions measurement
- Manage the ESG reporting process, overseeing data collection and management on key ESG metrics and targets
- Provide expertise to refine ESG measurement templates used to capture key ESG KPIs
- Support the development of Environmental and Social Action Plans for new investments
- Draft the fund’s ESG and Impact reporting to investors
- Engage and work closely with our collaborative partners and target companies in order to provide support on the fund’s ESG strategy
- Periodic strategy or investment thought pieces on ESG and net zero transition for clients and training
- Keep abreast with regulatory changes and taxonomies relevant to the Fund’s ESG and Decarbonisation Strategy
- Support the development of ESG integration across Fullerton Alternatives fund mandates from time to time.

**Education Qualification****:

- Diploma or Degree qualified
- Additional qualifications relating to GHG measurement and/or ESG standards are a plus.

**Experience and Skills****:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of investment experience with 3 to 5 years of experience in Private equity and ESG/Decarbonisation is required
- Experience in carbon accounting / footprinting, and have excellent understanding of related standards and initiatives, such as GHG protocol and SBTI
- Good working knowledge of ESG frameworks and metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data analysis and visualization, to effectively communicate data-driven insights to drive portfolio ESG performance
- Able to take ownership, work independently and be a good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
- Ability to work under pressure and timeline
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin is a significant advantage.
