Material Handler

Job Description:

- To take deliveries of all incoming materials and reconcile with delivery orders and purchase orders
- To ensure parts received from vendors are accurate and correct
- To point out any discrepancies on received orders to relevant personnel
- To oversee the handling of freight and movement of all goods
- To ensure goods and picked, packed and labelled according to requirements
- To point out any slow moving components and/or goods to Superior/Upper Management
- To highlight material shortages to Superior and to closely follow up on vendor’s delivery status to ensure on-time issue of material to Production
- To continuously strive for improvements in upkeep of store
- To ensure that materials are kitted on time so as not to affect Production delivery
- To provide total support to Production to ensure on-time delivery to Customers
- To carry out monthly inventory stock count and stock-take on a quarterly basis
- To provide total support during year-end annual stock-take
- To count all “A” items and ensure its accuracy
- Ensure proper storage and good housekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Secondary or GCE “N” Level
- Working experiences in electronic industry would be an added advantage
- Good planning and organising skills
- Able to stay committed to the job
- Knowledge on Microsoft

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,650.00 - $2,200.00 per month
