**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will be marketing Retail SME suite of products via different channels to potential customers.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promoting Retail SME (RSME) suite of products through calling via both internal and external channels
- Key support to Key segments (eg. SGMY/ Life 2.0 / YES / CIP and any others)
- Able to identify customer needs and market the right bank product based on identified needs
- Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries, and anticipate customer needs while facilitating the resolution of the problem
- Achieve individual KPI targets
- Work closely with Team Lead to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve committed KPI targets
