We invite you to become the leader of our Financial Control & Accounting (FC&A) team for the Asia Pacific Region and join the global Leadership Team of FC&A. Our team of around 40 professionals is embarking on an exciting journey towards achieving ambitious goals, and we are seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for excellence and innovation.

You will have the opportunity to manage and grow a high-performing APAC finance team, overviewing and enhancing the financial reporting, be the key contact person in the region for all financial matters and advance your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Management of the regional FC&A team
- Responsible to define and implement the financial control strategy for the region
- Manage quality and efficiency towards top quartile
- Responsible for the performance of the FC&A team within the region
- Review of periodic results
- Part of global Leadership Team FC&A team and responsible for the implementation of improvements
- Closely interact with the Financial Shared Services, FP&A, Business Units and centers of expertise (like tax and treasury)

**You bring**
- Master’s degree in Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge in Finance Control processes, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Proven track record in successfully leading large finance departments.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
