Assistant Portfolio Monitoring Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare written and verbal presentation to the clients;
- Maintain client relationship on daily operation;
- Provide portfolio monitoring services for clients including collecting, preparing and processing of portfolio transactions and financial for reports;
- Prepare/review investment analysis and portfolio reporting;
- Maintain level 1, level 2 and level 3 data for clients using our portfolio services;
- Prepare and maintain the portfolio companies’ financial in the SMP system;
- Review and verify the portfolio data with those stated in the quarterly report;
- Provide support to clients’ and investors’ inquires;
- Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis;
- Prepare/review fund annual and quarterly financial reports;
- Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required;
- Liaise with internal R&D team for new product development and reporting enhancements;
- Supervises the activities of staff of the PMS team.
- Execute the company's business strategies to attain goals
