**Responsibilities**:
1. Reception:
- Answer and transfer calls
- Receive guests and visitors
2. Admin duties
- Arrange local and international couriers
- Draft and submit report upon request
- Collect letters and allocate to projects and other departments correctly
- Order office items including stationery and pantry items
- Supervise cleaning aunty and make sure office is tidy and clean
- Booking meeting rooms and support staff properly
- Booking restaurants, hotels and air tickets, arrange transportations
- Process monthly bills for office and staff apartment rental fees, SP, Singtel, and other fees
- Manage company vehicles and make sure road tax, insurance and fines, cash card, are paid and attended timely and properly
- Keep record and update office and staff apartment rental lease, make sure all rental agreements are updated accordingly
- Support company event and actives
- Oversee office equipment including copier machine, water dispenser and other office property; inform management office and vendors; call for service and repair in time
- Support finance department to generate GS vouches for payment processing
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school Graduate, additional certification in Office Management/Administration is a plus
