Roles & Responsibilities

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Responsible for the overall work on all Finance related requests.
- Provide support for IT budget planning & management. To plan and facilitate the review of annual budget and expenses for

Bi-weekly: Invoices, Prepayment and Outlook submission and Monthly: Cost Centre report consolidation and Actual management report submission
- Participate and ensure timely completion & support for financial related processes i.e. closing processes.

Monthly closing: AR clearing, FA&FA clearing, Outstanding PO & Accrual report. Quarte closing: Accrual Reporting
- Support IT recharge to affiliate companies, a joint effort with Finance Department; IRF submission and Recharge record management

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma Degree in Business with major in Finance or Information Systems
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience
- A good understanding of KPI and Vendor SLA management.
- Familiar with IT governance and risk assessment processes.
- A good understanding of financial management, cost classification and reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills is essential.
- **12 months contract renewable based on project or performance**
