Develop, evaluate, and execute plans for new strategic and growth initiatives
- Support the coordination with internal parties across the globe and the assessment of special situation opportunities using balance-sheet capital, and develop a roadmap for eventual scalability
- Draft presentations, take on introductory meetings on behalf of the managing director. organize C-suite meetings, and provide administrative support.
- Assist the Capital Markets team in fundraising for our blind pool funds, co-investment platforms and separate managed account vehicles across Real Assets.
- Support ongoing client relationship management by conducting market research, preparing portfolio analysis materials for investor meetings and assisting investors on their regular reporting.
- Research current trends in the industry and market dynamics impacting performance of the funds.
- Conduct real Estate financial analysis and fund level modelling.
- Work with internal and external parties to assist in due diligence processes for our clients.
- Assist in the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of asset performance including analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
- Responsible for the upkeep and management of internal database and models.
- Assist with asset budget preparation, the development and implementation of possible value-added plans to enhance the value of the portfolio assets, including strategies for asset enhancement, positioning and marketing. This would include assisting with market studies and/or financial analyses to support asset management decisions.
- Work closely with property management and leasing agents to improve occupancies, revenues and expenses. Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to achieve goals and return objectives for each asset.
- Preparation of periodic asset management deliverables, regular internal / external management reports and presentations. Assist with client relationship activities, including responding to investor requests and other requests from the Capital Markets team.
