Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student will be trained with fundamental of Capital Efficiency management to improve machine OEE and productivity. A crucial part of the role involves identifying losses from stops or slowdowns, speed loss, Schedule downtime and unscheduled downtime due to maintenance or breakdowns. Meanwhile, the student will also be involved in factory automation project to bring the OEE performance to next level.

In your new role you will:

- **Machine SECSGEM time study**:

- **Identify machine OEE loss **and **potential improvement opportunity**:

- **Assist on Automation Project UAT **and roll out
- Establish and maintain new **OEE report (Tableau)**

Internship learning outcomes:

- **Understand the importance of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) **metric in manufacturing excellence
- **Work efficiently with other colleagues **to drive project progress
- **Hands on experience **of project management and effective communication

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

- On track to attain Degree in Industrial / Electrical & Electronic / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering
- **Proactive **to come out with improvement ideas
- **A good team player **and have a passion for results
- **Basic knowledge of excel & Tableau**:

- Ability to **communicate effectively in English
