The Job

- Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work and on-time completion.
- Resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance to all government and building regulations.
- Manage manpower and overtime cost to ensure optimal cost benefit.
- Establish good communication and working relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
