We’re seeking a friendly and professional Dental Assistant to join our Bedok branch team We want to hear from you if you’re passionate about providing great patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Patient Care**: Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

**Patient Support**: Address questions and concerns, providing a reassuring and positive experience.

**Chairside Assistance**: Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and manage instruments and materials.

**Front Desk Duties**: Handle appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

**Clinic Operations**: Ensure dental supplies are stocked and clinic spaces are well-maintained.

**Documentation & Confidentiality**: Manage patient records and clinic documentation with professionalism and discretion.

**Professional Conduct**: Maintain a neat appearance and positively represent the clinic at all times.

**Communication**: Interact courteously with patients, team members, and external partners.

**Compliance**: Adhere to clinic policies and support daily operations.

**Career Development**: Clear pathway for career progression into a **Clinic Manager**role for dedicated team members.

**Working Hours**:

- 5 working days per week with 2 rest days.
- 3 days: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 2 days: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PMMay be required to work 2 weekends if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience preferred, but **training will be provided**:

- **Chinese-speaking preferred**to communicate effectively with our diverse patient community
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in patient care
