JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Bartender, you'll part of the driving force behind our bar's operations, providing excellent customer service and executing impeccable drinks. Your expertise in mixology, passion for customer service, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to our success. You'll be responsible for collaborating on the creative process behind signature cocktails and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the bar area is always clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide a personalised and memorable experience, handling any issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategise on new launches, events, and overall bar performance improvement.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends in the beverage industry, incorporating new ideas to enhance the bar's offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Bartender with basic responsibilities, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and sanitation standards. Good knowledge of Cocktail History, Classic Cocktails, Home-made Ingredients Preparation Techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
