**Dispense Chinese medicine**:

- To dispense Chinese medicine in accordance with physician’s prescription.
- Ensure patient receives the right medicine.
- Daily cleaning and general maintenance of packaging machine.

**Manage inventory of Chinese Medicine and Medical Supplies**:

- Ensure ready supply of Chinese medicine and medical supplies for use.
- Responsible for quarterly stock-take.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions on timely basis.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Provide quality service to patients that include making appointments, registration of patients, collection of money and answering patient queries.
- Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of clinic.
- Print end-day report and together with cash collections, Print monthly report submit to Finance department at the end of the month.
- Any other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- 5.5 days work week, Willing to work on Saturday or Sunday
- Able to work retail hours
