**Managing Director APAC - Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Executive Search : We are seeking an experienced Regional P&L Director to oversee offices and large teams across the region. The role holds a large P&L responsibility for all APAC countries, and country managers reporting into the MD role as well as supporting department heads

Your background is likely be from General Manager or MD role, or from regional VP or Director role within Logistics.

**In summary - the experience we are looking for**:
**- 10+ years of international leadership from global Logistics / Freight Forwarding, including Ocean / Container experience.**

**- P&L experience leading from 3 to 10+ legal entities**

**- Lead teams of minimum 100 and maybe already up to 500 people overall**

**- Been P&L responsible for USD 30 mio to 100+ revenue.**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow a high-performing team.
- Success in business development with major multinational customers.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in the industry.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the petrochemical/chemical field.
- Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
