- Defining, designing, implementing and operating components of cloud computing architecture
- Ensuring the consistency and maintainability of new and existing cloud infrastructure by maintaining and enforcing standards that the Chief Cloud Architect establishes for optimal performance
- Identifying and resolving the highest level of escalated cloud technical issues, and leading processes for backup recovery
- Working with stakeholders to develop solutions and identify opportunities
- Collecting and defining technical requirements to enable business processes and integrations
- Establishing an approximate level of effort and staffing requirements for complex cloud projects
- Ensuring solutions created adhere to the company’s and customers’ technical architecture standards
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends and promote an environment of learning
- Monitoring performance and availability of production systems in the cloud to achieve optimal uptime.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline, or related/ equivalent field experience designing, developing and implementing cloud solutions at the enterprise level;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Containers, Micro-Services and Kubernetes
- Ability to articulate the Technical and Business Value of Cloud services to customers and stakeholders
- Experience conducting Assessment & Discovery workshops with customers, designing scalable and highly available cloud service architectures, and then implementing them for customers
- Hands-on experience with AWS/ Azure and/ or GCP
- Knowledge of Hybrid and Cloud Networking along with Cloud Native Security Technologies
- Hands-on experience in IAC (Terraform and other automation) toolsets
- Hands-on experience working with business units to transform workflows
