**Job Overview**:
This role has been set up to establish and manage a proper IT environment to ensure work efficiency of Wargaming employees. Central to the role will be the ability to coordinate IT support services across Wargaming locations in APAC region, detect and resolve IT issues and to implement new IT solutions aligning with global strategy. This role is considered as a part of the Global IT team, and will report to Global IT Director and Head of Administration, WG APAC.

**Reports To**:
Global IT Director, Wargaming

**What will you do?**:

- Understand IT requirements of Wargaming Asia region, as well as IT service strategy of the company
- Collect, analyze and process feedback on IT services in the region, resolve issues and implement new solutions to ensure end users satisfaction
- Collaborate with Global IT to deliver global projects in the region, and request new services and solutions as needed
- Facilitate operations of the IT environment including problem management, incident management, configuration and change management along with other key IT processes to ensure best work efficiency for all employees
- Contribute to global IT initiatives with the professional knowledge as well as local insights
- Ensure proper operation of IT systems of WG Asia, including servers and network hardware, user workstations and laptop computers, printers, scanners etc
- Provide required user support both on-site and remotely as necessary
- Participate in on-call activities, incident response and off-hours routine maintenance as required
- Support the procurement process of IT hardware and software to have the best performance within the budget, aligning with relevant HQ and regional teams
- Pro-actively monitor the status of IT infrastructure, determine any issues or potential problems, and make a recommendation for a resolution
- Adhere to the Global IT Code of Conduct

**What are we looking for?**:

- Minimum 2 years of end-user support or relevant experience
- Ability to participate in the IT operations for multiple sites in multiple countries
- Team player with a high level of self-organization, time management skills and ability to collaborate
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented attitude
- Skills to work with a distributed team, delivering both locally and across the wider team with good communication skills
