*For applicants, do note that our current outlet at Bishan will be closed at the end of the year and we will be moving to an outlet in Hougang.
- Perform basic service crew duties (Greet customers, take orders, cashiering, maintain station cleanliness, serve food and drinks)
- Prepare waffles, gelato, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide warm customer service and ensure that any questions and requests are handled professionally
- Ensure that proper hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Provide proper training and guidance to service crew
- Ensure proper cash-handling and reporting procedures are complied with
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed through
- Ensure that stock levels are sufficient and highlight items that are low in stock to full-time team
- Communicate with full-time team to ensure that operations are smooth

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken English
- Minimum 1 year F&B experience
- Strong leadership skills, mature, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required

**Salary & Working Hours**:

- $10 - 11.50/hour
- Flexible hours
