The Product Supply Planning team at ResMed drives business value by managing an end-to-end, digitally savvy, and data-driven supply chain. This ensures that the right products are available at the right place and time. Additionally, the team enhances ResMed's operations by effectively planning product lifecycles, ensuring the successful launch of new and innovative products, and managing the obsolescence of end-of-life products.

**Let's talk about the role**

The **Senior Director of Product Supply Planning**will oversee the global supply chain strategy and execution to ensure product availability across markets. This role demands a highly skilled leader with expertise in supply chain management, strategic planning, operations optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Director will lead teams to ensure the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers, driving operational excellence and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, this role will engage, grow, manage and guide a high-performing team with scalable processes and systems to deliver business value. The Senior Director of Product Supply Planning will lead a team to drive supply chain efficiency, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and manage supply chain risks. This role requires expertise in change management and strategic collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective product lifecycle planning.

**Let's talk about you**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field. MBA or advanced degree and certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5+ years experience of leading leaders in a global organisational structure.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Advanced Planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Strategic mindset, with demonstrated end-to-end critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team to deliver business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in leading cross-functional collaborations with key stakeholders.High degree of accountability and a track record of delivery excellence.
