**The Company**

Style Carousel is an innovative fashion platform that offers customers access to brands and boutiques in a circular online space. Through the platform, women can conveniently book and buy from emerging and iconic brands or boutiques from around the world.

Now operating in Singapore and Hong Kong, Style Carousel is at an exciting point of growth and we are now looking for the next member of the small, but integral team to build the business and work towards our mission: To improve sustainability within the industry, while offering women uncompromised style and an unparalleled sustainable shopping experience.

**The Role**
- Service and sales: _
- Answering and pursuing all client communication in a timely and effective way
- Assisting clients with styling and providing ‘edits’ or lookbooks to encourage and support sales
- Proactively follow up leads from all channels (sign ups, social media, events, marketing)
- Be entrepreneurial in improving processes and attracting new clients
- Nurture and build relationships with current clients to increase spend and retention
- Build on client profiles and keep all client lists up to date
- Gather and document client feedback
- Work closely with team including CEO to report back on client experience and platform performance, making suggestions on areas to improve
- Marketing: _
- Come up with creative concepts for marketing that will help you drive sales as well as build brand awareness
- Create content for EDMs and Social
- Seek out new ambassadors and collaborators
- Retain relationships with current ambassadors and ensure we leverage collaborations

**You**
- Have at least 3 years experience in fashion sales
- Passion for fashion and service, interest in sustainability is a bonus
- Enjoy a varied and fast paced role, with the ability to be dynamic and fulfill a mix of roles
- Thrive in a flexible environment, love thinking for yourself and planning your own work schedule
- Have personal ambition - we are looking for you to grow your role and will support you in succeeding
- Work closely with other team members, but with the ability to have autonomy over your everyday tasks
- Enjoy learning, pivoting and always improving
- Proficient in technology and learning new systems
- Fluent English, Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
