**Off Trade Sales Executive Scope (FMCG)**
- To Develop and implement sales strategies for each brand to ensure that these strategies are effectively implemented.
- Update clients on new products; when the company have new product updates, it is the responsibility of the sales executive to communicate this to their customers.
- To promote the products that maximize exposures for the respective brands, in line with building brand equity.
- To conduct market research in and identify opportunities.
- To work with internal marketing team and planning in approaching these potential new clients.
- To be involved in developing key marketing strategies. To work with the marketing manager to develop successful marketing strategies. To have knowledge of the off-trade market and customer demographic to devise a successful campaign.
- Conduct sales analysis and to create action plans based on their sales analysis.
- Coordinate with the logistic team; to ensure an adequate supply of products. They will work in conjunction with the logistics team to ensure there is enough stock available to meet sales forecasts and special events.
- To practice honesty and integrity in their business dealings with the customers.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
- Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selections.
- Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
**Sales Executive Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade/retail/similar industry.
- High school diploma or similar
- Sharp customer service skills. Empathetic and Listening skills.
- Eloquent and comfortable when delivering product presentations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
