At ENX Systems, we use our ENX Sustainability AI platform to optimize energy use in buildings with smart IoT sensors and controls. Our solutions cut energy consumption by up to 40% while monitoring systems like ACMV, lighting, plug loads, air and water quality, and occupancy. Whether for new or existing buildings, ENX integrates seamlessly as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) or Energy Management System (EMS) to improve sustainability and performance in real time.

**Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:

- **Field Deployment & Installation Management**: Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to review project plans and take full responsibility for on-site deployments. Conduct site assessments, manage subcontractors, and oversee the installation and setup of devices and sensors, ensuring all work meets technical and safety standards. Maintain detailed site reports and identify areas for improvement. Provide training to clients and users for proper system use and maintenance.
- **Data Analysis & Technical Support**:Review and interpret data collected from various building systems such as BMS, air quality monitors, energy meters, and programmable logic controllers to optimize performance. Troubleshoot technical issues through on-site support and respond to client concerns. Coordinate with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution and mínimal operational disruption.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/ Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Engineering/IT sector, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation sector.
- Solid knowledge of automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, Building Management Systems (BMS), M&E systems, RTU devices and networking equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for technology.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and attentive to details.
- Willingness to travel for on-site project work across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia as needed
- 5-day work week.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
