**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a knack for keeping things organized, we want to hear from you.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Communication**
- Follow up with parents and provide clear, helpful information
- Assist students with arrival, waiting, and dismissal proceduresFollow up with query leads

**Administrative Support**
- Manage student enrolments, filing, and document preparationPrepare learning materials and support teachers before and during class

**Housekeeping & Safety**
- Keep all common areas clean and safe during class
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (tables, chairs, stationery, etc.)
- Assist younger students with going to the bathroom if needed

**Who We Are Looking For**:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
Fluent in spoken English and basic spoken Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience required (any customer-facing role is a plus)
Friendly, proactive, and organised—you love interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly
