**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with Consultants, contractors, and authorities from inception to completion of projects
- Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for submission with target dates
- Manage projects to meet the time, cost, and quality objectives
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during the course of the construction of projects
- Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, preparation and evaluations to as part of the team
- QA/QC of engineering documentation
- Liaison with clients, project managers, architects, contractors
- Assist in resolving any technical problems
- Equipment / Material Submission preparation to Client
- Managing the planning and design stages of projects
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
- Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
- Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Where required, performing tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed logs
- Presenting project progress updates to clients and senior managers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution
- The ability to solve problems creatively on time
- Motivation and commitment to providing interpersonal customer service
- Proven ability to communicate well in written and verbal communications
- A degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering that is recognised by BCA
- Min 8 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced skills using industry software, e.g. MS, Autocad, etc
- Having up-to-date knowledge in industry regulations and technical skills
- Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
