**Your Job**

**Responsibilities**:
Act as Brand social content owner as well as social platform owner. Execute social media content strategies across various platforms, including Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube by working with brand/digital teams and external agencies. Collaborate with markets to prototype social content ideas, and qualify winning ideas. Work with markets to manage creator content workflow to ensure volume, speed, entertaining, and native content. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence remains relevant and engaging. Contribute to creator strategy, and develop and maintain relationships with creators. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance to optimize content performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, and social teams, to ensure social content and content calendar aligns with overall brand and business objectives. Monitor social media comments and messages, analyze and iterate social approach based on consumer feedback. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and strategy. Working experience in any of these countries Australia, Korea, China, Indonesia, and Brazil is a plus.

3. Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content across various platforms.

4. Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content creation best practices.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Highly organized with strong project management skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

8. Proficient in social media management tools.

9. Experience with social media analytics tools.

10. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
