**Job Scope**:
1. To handle goods receiving function and verify contents against packing list and/or purchase order and/or due date - ensure accuracy and completeness in documentations.

2. Ensure parts received from vendors are as per requirements.

3. Ensure accuracy and completeness in inventory records by performing monthly inventory stock counts and/or periodic cycle counts.

4. Organize warehouse space and arrange parts in a systematic manner.

5. Coordinate the kitting process by gathering necessary components and preparing kits for production.

6. To handle all the process transactions such as AMR, RTS and MRB.

7. Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.

8. Ensure upholding of company image when goods are being shipped out of our warehouse.

9. Coordinate inter-company shipments.

10. Involve and participate in the company annual stock-take.

11. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the store area.

12. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

13. Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Secondary or GCE “N” Level with at least 2 years of working experience in store/warehouse
- Working experiences in electronic industry would be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Knowledge on ERP systems would be an added advantage
- Good organization skills and a good team player
- Ability to read, write and understand simple English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to work within a team
- Willing to OT when needed

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
