- Improve Production Yields, conduct failure analysis, develop short term and long term corrective measures.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues at Instrument and Sub-assembly level.
- Track and improve Out-of-Box Defects and reduce Reliability issues to meet targets.
- Component Level Troubleshooting for defective PCAs.
- Design test procedures to optimize test time and reduce cycle time.
- Develop troubleshooting methods that are faster and more accurate.
- Support and Manage Evaluations of Part/Supplier/Material/Process changes and associated Test Plans and Test Reports Documentation.
- Manage component End-of-Life and Product-change notifications, proposing replacements and Qualification Plan when necessary.
- Support and implement the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production (NPI) and through the entire life cycle of the product.
- Partner with Production and Technical Services to improve/sustain products and processes.
- Maintain compliance to quality standards through proper execution of test methods, procedures, training, qualification etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/ Masters from an accredited higher learning institution in Electronics and Electrical engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant industry.
- Hands on experience with electronic circuits and troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with Test equipment, such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, oscilloscope, LCR meter, etc.
- Sound knowledge in RF Circuit, High Voltage modules, Digital Signal Processing, discrete electronics, op-amps, Control systems (PID), Mixed signal A/Ds & D/As
- Proficient in use of Excel to analyze data, generate graphs, pivot tables, etc.
- Experience in programming language will be an added advantage.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and respond to varied and changing demands focusing on continuous improvement for customer needs.
- Disciplined and self-accountable - initiate projects in line with team's objectives and demonstrate high proficiency in managing multiple projects to be completed on time.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for cooperation with other departments, especially R&D, Manufacturing engineers and production in a fast-paced environment.
