**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal sales and procurement teams
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Handle logistics issues such as delays, damages, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain accurate records in the logistics systems for audits and reporting
- Support logistics cost control by verifying invoices and optimizing freight usage

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business or related fieldsAt least 1 - 2 years of experience as shipping admin / logistics would be an added advantage
