Position: Waiter/Waitress/Host

Work Schedule: 5 Days Workweek / 44 Hours
Locations: Multiple
Compensation: Basic Salary + High Commission + Incentive
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout guests' dining experiences, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-attended to.
- Familiarize yourself with and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and specials, assisting guests in making informed choices to enhance their dining satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for both BYD and our respective restaurant brands, showcasing our unique concepts and addressing any inquiries related to our electric vehicle offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Charismatic individual with a strong commitment to providing elevated dining experiences for our guests.
- Previous experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly electric vehicles, will be advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and efficiently manage time.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
