**Investor Relations at IPIM**:Investors are the bedrock of our business, and the Investor Relations team plays a vital role in understanding their needs, offering compelling opportunities in global real-estate markets with exceptional service. The team is responsible for investor reporting, client servicing, distribution strategy, and capital raising.

**Position**:Operations Associate

**Location**:Singapore (Full-time, On-site)

**Role Overview**:The Operations Associate role is an exciting entry-level position that offers the opportunity to join our growing team. This role supports the Investor Relations function by assisting with investor reporting, client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, CRM administration, and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full investor onboarding process including suitability checks, KYC/AML screening, subscription, payments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Assist in coordinating investor reporting, client communication, and the preparation of marketing materials working closely with the IR and Investment teams, as well as third-party service providers.
- Organisation of client events, including planning and invitations.
- Administer the CRM system (HubSpot) for effective data management.
- Assist in the preparation of fund and investor data required for statutory reporting.
- Prepare and consolidate reports to monitor fundraising activities and timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or law is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services, investment, or banking industries is a plus but not a requirement.
