Job Description:
**Industry: Electrical & Electronic Engineering**

**Location: Kallang**

**Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.45am 5.45pm**

**Good Remuneration Package**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives;
- Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
- Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team;
- Provide technical trainings/ seminars at consultants/ end-users premises;
- Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion;
- Able to compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
- Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
- Conduct market studies and feedback
- Prepare technical manual/ articles
- Creation of technical database

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling low voltage electrical products such as drives/ motors/PLC, preference in VFDs;
- Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
- Project management skill is a plus
- Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
- Solution oriented mindset
- Prompt response to end-users/distributors technical enquiries;
- Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge
