**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Instruct Yoga Classes**:
Design and deliver dynamic and effective yoga classes, including a variety of styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative.
Provide clear and concise instructions on yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and alignment.
Demonstrate poses accurately and offer modifications to accommodate students of all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations.
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants.
Manage class time effectively, starting and ending classes punctually.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:
Observe students' progress and provide constructive feedback, adjustments, and encouragement.
Address students' questions and concerns with knowledge and professionalism.
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of community among students.
Be available to connect with students before and after classes to provide guidance and support.
- **Class Preparation and Studio Maintenance**:
Arrive at the studio in a timely manner to prepare the teaching space.
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary props (mats, blocks, straps).
Maintain cleanliness and order in the studio, including tidying up after classes.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment needs to the studio management.
- **Professional Development and Studio Involvement**:
Stay updated on the latest yoga trends, techniques, and safety guidelines through continuous learning.
Attend studio meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Participate in studio events, workshops, and community activities.
Collaborate with other instructors and studio management to enhance the student experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate records of class attendance.
Adhere to studio policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with studio management regarding class schedules, student feedback, and any other relevant information.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Certification**:
A valid Yoga Teacher Training certification from a recognized institution
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching yoga classes to diverse groups.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology.
Proficiency in teaching various yoga styles.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate yoga postures and provide clear, concise instructions.
Strong observational skills to assess students' needs and provide appropriate modifications.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging class environment.
