- Location: Pioneer, Singapore- Reporting to: Network & Distributed Infra Operations Manager APAC-
- In this exciting role, these are some of the responsibilities you'd be able to hold:
**IT Infrastructure Design & Delivery**
- Collaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Center resources on ongoing projects
- Implement local IT projects
- Build implementations of global projects
- Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions

**IT Infrastructure Operations**
- Manage servers, storage, networking, appliances, virtualization, mobility and remote access services
- Support enterprise-wide LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and IP telephony
- Manage infrastructure inventories and lifecycle
- Ensure availability and continuity of the infrastructure services in the scope
- Manage technical solutions operated in the sites under your responsibility
- Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
- Provide solutions based on Service Level Goals
- Escalate recurring or impactful issues to problem managers
- Contribute to resolution of problem following priorities defined by the problem manager
- Propose or recommend Infrastructure Service modifications
- Ensure all technical Documentation is produced and updated
- Coordinate and help deliver relevant DR Tests

**Information Security**
- Ensure security rules implementation following the policies

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder in IT related fields
- 4 to 10 years experience in IT infrastructure support

**Technical Skills**
- WAN - Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and support
- LAN - Cisco h/w and IOS related to LAN & WLAN infrastructure
- VoIP/IP Telephony - Preferably on Cisco-based infrastructure
- Virtualization - Managing VMWare environments
- Backup & DR - Physical and Virtual infrastructure and systems
- Windows Server OS & Active Directory Storage Management solutions
- Mobility solutions
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms
- Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures
- VMWare certification is an added advantage
