**About the Role
Join the team that stays relevant and innovative in driving competitive compensation for the GoTo Group. As our Compensation Solutions Partner, you will be a member of the Global Compensation Business Partnering Team, A where the main mission is to independently facilitate key compensation outcomes for their designated client groups with centrally developed products and core processes. Working alongside bright minds in GoTo, you’ll be part of the team that bring happiness to your partner

**What You Will Do**:

- Implement the Groups' rewards philosophy and principles in compensation-related decisions and processes
- Partner with People Business Partners, Recruitment team and Managers on compensation matters, including but not limited to Providing consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs
- Develop New Hire exception offer modeling etc
- Create retention offer scenario analysis and compensation modeling to retain best talent
- Participate in the Annual and mid-year merit cycles to give make sure smooth execution
- Partner in the Job Evaluation process and give necessary advice
- Lead & manage compensation analytics to support business projects
- Be a Subject Matter Expertise support to compensation & benefit queries addressed by stakeholder

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, and Business Admin is preferable
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits in a corporate HQ environment
- Prior knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
- Familiar with compensation and benefits practices in technology companies
- Numerate with excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English and the ability to translate ideas and thoughts into written presentations
- Ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
