The Business Analyst for Enterprise Applications (EA) will be responsible for supporting existing Enterprise Applications as well as leading in the implementations of new ones.
- Participate in Business Requirement Analysis of Enterprise Applications raised by business.
- Communicate with technical IT team members and non-technical business users to ensure full integration and goal attainment.
- Design, develop, test and implement the Enterprise Applications.
- Prepare solution design documents and technical documents.

Education/Training:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 4 years of Desktop (Microsoft C#.NET), Web Applications (Java) and Database Development (MS SQL Server or Oracle) experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Web Technologies
- (X)HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JSP, Java Servlets, Java Beans, JDBC, SQL, Java SE/EE Frameworks (JSF, EJB, JMS, JPA), C#/ASP.Net programming, Web Services (SOAP over HTTP and REST), XML
- UI Prototyping using JSF UI Components, e.g. PrimeFaces or its equivalent
- Familiarity with B2B technologies is a plus, e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12, RosettaNet, Flat File, XML, etc; as well as B2B/EDI platform on webMethods and AI
- Good knowledge in RDBM systems specifically MS SQL Server or Oracle
- Proficient with IDEs like Eclipse, NetBeans, Rational Application Developer, MS Visual Studio
- Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Programming (OOAD) principles and Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Experience with Redhat JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere App Server, Linux and Windows Server
- Good problem solving skills
