Business Coordinator - CB2 - NM Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team.

To be successful in this role you will require a high degree of accuracy in data management, processes and procedures. You will have the ability to strengthen relationships both internally and externally with your outstanding customer service delivery. Your ability to assist across a wide range of tasks will be highly valued.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Identify and handle customer enquiries completely and accurately.
- Process customers sales orders and/or other related orders.
- Manage and resolve customer returns and claims.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Liaise with warehouse on orders, dispatch and delivery.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Undertake administrative function, including office procedures, purchasing and records management.
- Prepare business letters and contracts including commercial and financial agreements.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- 5+ years of experience in handling business/sales support roles
- Good knowledge of commercial and other statutory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in analysing information and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and desirable in Ariba or similar purchase order system.
- Exceptional customer service skills
