**Job Description**:

- Managing the Vending Business Unit P&L, budget and growth strategy.
- Managing the daily operation of the vending business, includes 3 sub-divisions - Business Development, Technical & Maintenance and Service & Collection (Machine replenishment)
- Train and coach every level of the team to align with vending business strategies and objectives.
- Train and coach staff in selling vending solutions for the business development team.
- Constantly explore the locations with high human traffic and relocate the poor performance machine to new locations to improve the revenue.
- To manage all aspects of tender/bid submission, define the time lines and key milestones for new opportunities.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling representatives and staff for the 3 vending units.
- Responsible for the development and execution of business plans and strategies to achieve vending objectives, sales and placement target.
- Explore the potential to sell company’s beverages to other vending operators.
- Modifies and schedules route arrangement to maintain high service level and productivity targets.
- Constantly identifying and working closely direct superior in areas concerning growth, cost reduction, productivity and quality control.
- Manages and coordinates activities of staff in maintenance, machine installation, and repair of vending equipment.
- Identified common faults of vending machine and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Propose Capex for the new machine investment and present the business plan for approval.
- Knowledge on various type of vending machines model compartment, features, and parts will be an advantage.

Requirement
- 5 years of experience in managing vending business.
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical, organizational, and personal skills
- Meticulous and excellent eye for details
