Our **Client **, in the **Marketing Industry **located in the **North **of Singapore have openings for **General Clerk **.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to all sales enquiries and customers’ requests
- Handle the processing of all sales orders documentation
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely delivery
- Handle goods returned documentation and give feedback from customers to relevant department
- Assist partial Accounts Payable and partial Accounts Receivable
- Perform general administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic computer knowledge
- Hands on experience in NAVISION will be added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
