**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the duties of an Environmental Control Officer in Construction Project
- Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence
- Implement ECM plan according to QECP design
- Devise ECM operation
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
- Assist QECP to monitor ECM effectiveness through various stage of construction
- Liaising with relevant authorities like MOM, NEA, PUB, etc
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registered with the NEA
- Earth Control Measurement Officer (ECMO) qualification
- Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in industrial building and process plant construction projects
- Able to ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations
- Good knowledge of all relevant environmental policies, legislation, guidelines and standards
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude
- Willing to work 5.5 days at Tuas area
