Architect / Architect Manager

- Oversee progress of on-site work ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the

necessary building codes and regulations.
- Ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively
- May manage various groups of architects, technicians and/or specialists.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Architecture or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Conversant with local code and regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience in Public Housing Project
- Good leadership and communication skill
