**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of talented design verification engineers to verify the functionality and performance of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification strategies, plans, and methodologies, ensuring high quality and efficient verification processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and software engineers, to define verification requirements and resolve design issues.
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced verification methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification process.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and providing technical expertise and support.
- Take ownership of the verification schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in SoC design and verification methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in SoC design verification, including hands-on experience with modern verification methodologies (UVM/OVM), simulation tools, and languages (SystemVerilog).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital design and verification concepts, including IP integration, RTL coding, assertion-based verification, and coverage-driven verification.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) and experience with verification tools (VCS, Questa, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols such as PCIe, USB, DDR, and AMBA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
