Overview

What will you do?

**Implementation & Solution Design**
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Drive end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and testing.
- Design and optimize financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

**Business Process Consulting & Integration**
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating business needs into SAP solutions.
- Optimize financial reporting and controlling processes to support decision-making.

**Support, Enhancements & Customizations**
- Provide expert-level functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO users.
- Drive system enhancements and custom developments by collaborating with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, Security).
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial standards.

**Testing, Migration & Compliance**
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Support data migration and reconciliation during SAP rollouts or upgrades.
- Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and internal financial controls in SAP systems.

**Project Management & Leadership**
- Lead SAP FICO projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to business users and IT teams.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and recommend adoption strategies.
- **_SAP FICO Certification_**:

- **_SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (Preferred but highly desirable)_**:

- **_7-10 years_**_ of experience as an _**_SAP FICO Functional Consultant_**_ with full-cycle implementation experience._
- _Deep expertise in _**_SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Taxation)_**_ and _**_SAP CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, Product Costing)_**_._
- _Strong knowledge of _**_SAP Project Systems (PS)_**_, including _**_Project Definition, WBS Elements, Budgeting, and Cost Management_**_._
- _Proven experience in _**_financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting_**_._
- _Strong understanding of _**_global financial operations, multi-company, and multi-currency environments_**_._
- _Strong understanding of _**_IFRS, GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations_**_._
- _Experience with _**_SAP S/4HANA Finance_**_ is highly preferred._
- _Exposure to _**_SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, or other financial reporting tools_**_._
- _Hands-on experience with _**_SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation)_**_ for financial planning and analysis._
- _Strong _**_analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills_**_._
- _Ability to _**_work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment_**_ and lead _**_financial transformation projects_**_._
- _Proven experience in mentoring junior consultants and conducting knowledge transfer._
- **_Bachelor’s degree_**_ in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field._
